Three years ago, when we were implementing a project on mobile devices for the Eldorado chain, we paid attention to the trend towards more individualized services for mobile devices, and it also meant expectations of service providers. At that time, we assumed that this trend would be applied in other markets too.

Experience has proven that it is relevant now. Consumers expect more and more personalized products, smarter, more interesting and convenient solutions.

It is clear that we are behind the technological leaders, but the wave will inevitably overwhelm us too. It would be silly to miss such an opportunity.
